Clipbooks are stored and managed in the Clipbooks area of the Settings menu. Within this area, you will find the option to either Edit or Delete previously saved clipbooks.
To access the clipbooks management area in Settings:
Click the Person icon in the upper right hand side of your toolbar and select Settings.
Select Clipbooks from the Settings Panel.
Editing a Clipbook
Clipbooks can only be edited by the person who created it.
Editing a clipbook will enable you to change the template used to create the clipbook as well as change any grouping or sorting options.
As of now, within the Cision Communications Cloud, you can make these changes but you are not able to download the updated clipbook.
To Edit a Clipbook
Select the upside down triangle located next to the name of the Clipbook you want to edit.
Select the Edit option.
The step by step module you used to create the Clipbook will appear. Use this step by step process to make changes in the Clipbook.
Deleting a Clipbook
You can delete a clipbook from the Settings area of the platform.
To Remove a Clipbook:
Select the upside down triangle located next to the name of the Clipbook you want to edit.
Select the delete option.
