You have the ability to rename, change or delete user added searches within your Cision Communications Cloud as long as your username is assigned a System Admin privileges.
Accessing User Created Keyword Searches:
Click on the Person icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

To View Edit Options Available for User-Created Searches:
Click the upside-down triangle located next to the name of a user search to see editing options.
Select the Edit Keyword search button to modify or change the monitoring terms
Click rename to change the name of the search in the settings area
Select Delete to remove the search so that the system no longer monitors for the terms.
To Open the Monitoring Terms Contained in a Search and Edit:
Click the upside-down triangle located next to the name of a user search.
Select the Edit Keyword search button to modify or change the monitoring terms.
Once you open the search, you will see the form used to initially create the search.
For a Simple Search:
A. Remove terms from the search by clicking on the “X”s.
B. Search terms can be added by typing them in the text box corresponding to their function in the search.
C. Click on the Clear Selections link to remove all keyword search terms in that section.
D. Click the Save Search to preserve any changes you make.
For an Advanced Search:
A. Edit the Boolean syntax in the Keywords area.
B. Remove terms from the search by clicking on the “X”s within the Language, Countries and Media Sources sections.
C. Search terms can be added by typing them in the text box corresponding to their function in the search, then hitting the Enter Key on your keyboard.
D. Click on the Clear Selections link to remove all keyword search terms in that section.
E. Click the Save Search to preserve any changes you make
Renaming a User Created Keyword Search:
You can rename user created searches. The name of a search refers to its internal name used only to find it in the Settings area. The name of the user-created search does not affect the search’s monitoring abilities.
To Rename a User-Created Search:
Click the upside-down triangle located next to the name of a user search
Select the Rename option.
Type in the new name for the search and click the Save button.


Deleting a User Created Keyword Search:
You can delete searches that you have created within the Cision Communications Cloud. Deleting a search will remove all traces of the search so that it no longer will bring coverage into your system.
To Remove a User-Created Search:
Click the upside-down triangle located next to the name of a user search.
Select the Delete option to remove the search
