Removing News from a Campaign

You can remove news from a campaign by following these steps:

  1. Select the Campaigns tab.

  2. Select the My Campaigns option.

When the Campaigns overview page appears, select the Campaign from which you want to delete news from the Campaigns panel on the left-hand side of the screen.

  1. Scroll down the Campaign charts and find the News chart.

  2. Select the View All News button.

When the Campaign news detail view appears:

  1. Check the news items you want to remove from the Campaign. Use the top checkbox to select all the news. Use the individual checkboxes to select specific news items.

  2. Click the Edit button from the Options toolbar.

  3. Select the Modify Campaigns option.

  4. Select the Campaign from which you want to remove the news.

  5. Select the modification type to Remove.

  6. You will receive a confirmation when the news has been removed from the Campaign.

Deleting a Campaign

If you would like to delete a Campaign out of the system when you are finished, take the following steps:

NOTE: If a campaign has any Activities assigned to it, you will not be able to delete it. Please contact our support team for assistance on this issue or disassociate any activity from that campaign.

  1. Select the Campaign from the left- hand side of the screen that you would like to delete.

  2. Select the Trash Can icon next to that Campaign.

  3. You will get a pop up confirming the deletion.
