Using Streams to Build Media Relationships
Streams let you see what the contacts in your Media Lists or Campaigns are talking about on Twitter in real time.
Accessing Streams
Click the Campaigns tab.
Select the Streams option
Creating a New Stream
Click the New Stream button from the upper right corner.
Or you may click the Add a New Social Stream option.
Select whether you would like the source of the Stream to be a Media Contact List or a Campaign. (NOTE: If Campaigns are not part of your Cision Communications Cloud subscription, you will not see the Campaigns option.)
Select the specific Media List or Campaign from which the new Stream should source.
Give the Stream a name of your choosing.
Click the Create button.
Your new Stream will take the leftmost position on the screen. Continue adding Streams until you’re done. The system allows for a maximum of 10 streams at a time.
Deleting a Stream
To remove a Stream, use the cogwheels in the upper right portion of an individual Stream and select the Remove Stream option.
