From Saved Searches
The Top Outlets chart has a unique feature in that it will allow you to create a Media Outlet list with any of the Top Outlets contained in the chart with the click of a button.
Access Saved Searches
Click on the News tab.
Select the My Coverage option.
Selecting a Saved Search
The top left panel displays all of your Saved Searches, along with a few default searches. You can click on any search to see news clips associated with the search:
Today: Coverage for your keyword searches from today's date.
Last 7 Days: Coverage for your keyword searches from the last 7 days
Last 30 Days: Coverage for your keyword searches from the last 30 days
Your Saved Searches Note: Any saved search with an email alert will display a grey email alert box.
Accessing Dashboards
Select a search and applying any necessary filters.
Click on the Analysis button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select the dashboard you wish to view from the dropdown, or create a new dashboard.
Scroll down to the Top Outlets Chart.
If you do not see the Top Outlets Chart in your Dashboard, hover over the top of the section where you would like to add the chart, click on the Add Chart button, and select the Top outlets option from the menu.
Adding Top Outlets to a List
In the Top Outlets chart, place a checkmark next to the Outlets you wish to add to a list(s).
Click on the Add to Lists button.
Select the list(s) for which you wish to add the Outlets you've selected by checking the box(es) or type in the name of a list to search or create a new list.
Click outside of the lists dropdown and the Add to Lists button will display Ellipses while it is adding the outlets to your list(s).
A confirmation window will let you know once the outlets have been added to your list(s).
From the Account Level
The Top Outlets chart has a unique feature in that it will allow you to create a Media Outlet list with any of the Top Outlets contained in the chart with the click of a button.
Note: The Account Level Analytics will allow you to see Top Outlets for all of your Keyword Searches in the Settings area that pull in ALL coverage for your data group.
Access Account-Level Analytics
Click on the News tab.
Select the Analytics option.
Adjusting Dashboards
Select the Dashboard you wish to view.
Adjust the date range, if desired. The default will show you data from the last 30 days.
Scroll down to the Top Outlets Chart.
If you do not see the Top Outlets Chart in your Dashboard, hover over the top of the section where you would like to add the chart, click on the Add Chart button, and select the Top outlets option from the menu.
Adding Top Outlets to a List
In the Top Outlets chart, place a checkmark next to the Outlets you wish to add to a list(s).
