A Briefing Book is a PDF profile report that includes Contact information as well as information about the Outlet associated with the Media Contacts. Briefing Books can be generated while viewing a list of Media Contact results or a saved Contact list. Briefing Books are not available for Media Outlet Lists or Outlet List results.
Navigation to My Lists
Click on the Influencers tab.
Click on the My Lists option.
Once you have checked either all of the members of a list or some of them, the options toolbar will become active. There you will see the reporting options.
Select the list to which you would like to create a report.
Apply any desired filters to the list.
Check the Contacts to which you would like to include in your briefing book.
Use the top checkbox to select All Contacts in a List.
Use the individual checkboxes to choose specific Contacts.
Note: Only Contacts can be added to a Briefing Book.
Click the Download button and choose Briefing Book to create a .PDF file with many details about the selected Contacts
When prompted, click on the OK button.
The Briefing Book will automatically download as a .PDF file
Note: You must have a PDF viewer installed on your device to view the PDF Briefing Book.
